I have an issue with quality of an order (Order ID 1036446074) I placed with a Restaurant via Swiggy on Sunday 9th May. One of the items which costs Rs.27 per piece (I ordered 5 no )was not fresh food and was of sub quality after multiple reheating. In the past, I had complained about same item to Swiggy and they promised me to take care in future but they didn’t. Now they say they can only give a refund of Rs.42 . I can’t understand how an item which costs (27×5=135+tax) can be refunded by Swiggy to a customer for Rs.42 and they say they can’t do much further on this.
Thus means they have no value for customer complaint or their money. Please take necessary action.
