Hello, I have given an order of iphone 12 mini with Amazon on 27th Jul 2021 with some additional amount speed delivery, I got my phone on 29th Jul 2021 which is a defective piece (not at all working).but I have noticed the problem after 3 days as I haven’t opened the phone on 29th July. Per directions given Amazon website I have contected Apple service and they have given case number to get replacement/refund and then Immediately called to Amazon helpdesk about the issue and explained what I have done, then the representative told that they cannot take the phone back for refund/replacement directly  and told me to go to some apple services centers. To go to service centers, i have asked address of service where i can show my phone and the representative gave wrong service center addresses and finally i went to some apple authorized service all the way from my home by driving around 16 KMs, that service center gave a letter and said like they only will check phone condition and issue a letter on the problem, but will not replace. Again same story i have explained to Amazon helpdesk. then Amazon representative said like will issue an replacement after couple of discussions by sharing the proof and sending photographs from my side. Again the problems started, some collection boy came to my home, but has not taken the phone as it is not working (the whole problem is this – phone is not working), this type of communication and conversation between me and Amazon happened 3 days – in these 3 days someone will come to collect the phone, but won’t take. Finally after 2 days someone came and took phone on 8th Jul 2021. Now other problem on issuing a refund, contacting amazon every alternate for refund and a proper status in the portal against my account and till now nothing has resolved. Today when i called amazon helpdesk, the representative said like they are going to initiate refund by 16th Jul 2021 and post that i will get my refund after 3 days (means around 20th Jul 2021). For a problem from Amazon, i need to for around 3 weeks and continuously chase amazon helpdesk team. Most of them will go online to save time and may get little less price, but if we face problems like this what will be use of buying products from such a trusted e-commerce company Amazon. Moreover, I am a Amazon customer alomost 15 years from UK, USA and never faced any issue from UK or USA, all problems are from Amazon India. Finally, what i wanted to convey to Indian people that please don’t buy bigger or higher prices items from Amazon and not go into troubles by wasting time, money, and energy
