Sir/Madam,
I , Elisetty Kishan had took connection from Act fibernet. Since the connection it has been disconnecting due to wire cuts. I have lost many days lo internet where i dont get any refund for the lost days. The service is such pathetic that they may take days to resolve and still the connection gets lost in just a week.
