We ordered a ‘Activated Carbon Water Faucet Mount Filter’ on April 26, 2024 for INR 699 and received a wrong product – cookie cutters (image enclosed) – instead. While receiving the package, we have paid the full price to the delivery executive.

While trying to reach the seller website for a return and refund we realised that this was a fraudulent website with no contact details, just one single email id for all communication. Furthermore, it demands that the return of the product be undertaken by us, and all costs be borne by us, the customer, even though a wrong product was deliberately sent by them.

A quick google search led us to find that this is a routine scam by the seller website and there are numerous customers who have filed complaints to the Consumer Court itself stating that they have received a wrong product or damaged products and even after repeated requests via email to Poshure.com, no updates or responses have been received from them.

We want a refund and well as compensation for this mental harassment that my family had to go through because of this seller. Furthermore we want to shut down the website – poshure.com for its fraudulent and unethical nature so that no customers have to go through this sort of unnecessary mental pressure in the future.
