Text of Complaint by Komal bhosale:

I tried to place an order on 16/07/2023 on myntra through lazypay . I got failed transaction results 2 times when tried to make payment , however the money got deducted from Lazypay . Since 16/07/2023 i have been talking to Myntra and Lazypay back n forth, gave lazypay all the proofs that Myntra did not get the money , but lazypay staff is not helpful at all to resolve this issue and today 03/08/2023 the bill is due . One of the agent promised me (on 31/07/2023)that the refund will be credited before due date that is today 03/08/2023 . I called them 3 times today and all of them they dropped my call in between conversation and never called me back . At last i have made a complaint against them on email and now making a formal complaint against them . I am frustrated and harassed by this behaviour and its effecting my mental health big time .
