This bank is used as merchant in payment deposit option in this gaming application.
I paid this merchant but the amount did not reach the gaming platform further and the service was not provided to me.
I tried to contact this merchant but did not get any satisfactory response from its side.
Please accept my chargeback request for this amount and reverse my amount.
