Dear Consumer Court Authority,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the merchant, The Fashion Station (www.thefashionstation.in), for the non-delivery of my prepaid order and their absolute negligence in addressing my grievances.

Order Date: 10th September 2024
Order Amount: Rs 7920/- (Prepaid)

Despite repeated efforts on my part, including multiple phone calls to customer care (which is non-functional) and several emails to their official customer support email (care@thefashionstation.in), I have received no response whatsoever. The order status has not changed since the date of booking, and the product has not been delivered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any business.

The product was ordered specifically for an important family occasion—a marriage scheduled on 30th October 2024—and the merchant’s complete failure to fulfill their obligations has caused immense stress and inconvenience to me.

As this is a prepaid order, I have already paid the full amount of Rs 7920/- but have received absolutely nothing in return, not even a communication from the merchant. This constitutes not only gross negligence but also a clear case of consumer fraud.

I request the consumer court to take serious legal action against The Fashion Station for their failure to:

Deliver the prepaid product as per the agreed timelines.
Respond to multiple legitimate customer complaints.
Provide adequate customer service as required by law.
I demand immediate intervention and action to ensure:

The immediate delivery of the product within the next 48 hours, failing which I demand a full refund with compensation for the distress caused.
Legal penalties against the merchant for their fraudulent practices.
If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further and pursue all available legal avenues to seek justice, including but not limited to filing a case for consumer fraud, breach of trust, and negligence.
