I booked a room for my employee in OYO Rooms hotel Om Sai Residency, Marol, Mumbai via agoda.com, with check in on 13th Aug & check out on 14th Aug. I received the booking confirmation. The booking ID was 740082640 and member ID was 274980657. When my employee presented himself in the hotel, the hotel said there is no such booking and refused to acknowledge our booking. I had to pay again for the same room, despite having paid earlier.
