Text of Complaint by Somanna:

I had booked a resort in Wayanad which was listed in Agoda.com namely Lakkidi Holiday Hills Resort and completed payment process as per their requirement and received confirmation and invoice from Singapore entity from Agoda.com.The screenshot of the same has been attached. However,upon arriving at the location the shared contact declined of any operations of hotel and cut the call.It has been a horrible experience wherein I was traveling from a different state with family and had to search for alternative accomodation on a long weekend.Tried speaking to Agoda customer care which was purely chat services which dint respond and were irresponsive later .Had to immediately block my card since it was fraudulent and reconfirm from bank on any transaction.This has been a horrible experience and negligence of Agoda and demand the refund and compensation for my mental harassment occured during the process.
