This is to bring to your attention that I have been being billed Fraudulently by Vodafone for the past 10 years.
I was part of Vodafone wireline team and given a corporate connection with number 9886018227. However when I quit the Voodafone company in 2015 I surrendered the corporate SIM connection back to Vodafone as part of corporate policy.However recently I discovered that Vodafone has been fraudantly deducting Rs.1532 from my account every month, as part of ECS for that connection. Although that connection was never used by me since I surrendered it back to Vodafone.
I also learnt from the Vodafone store locally here that some back-office personal had converted that connection from Corporate to Individual.
All this is without my knowledge and consent.
I have attached the bill that was given to me today when I went to complain to the Vodafone store.
Appreciate if Vodafone takes a immediate action to refund all my money that it has Fraudulently taken from my account all these years.
