Against the complaint raised for the non-functioning of the product Reliance digital

Initially, I was denying about the pickup of my product and requesting the Service Centre to repair it at home only Since then, I was unaware about the repairing procedure until I learnt the status from Mr. Tushar. Mr. Tushar, whose mobile no. is +91-8287626290 and acting/calling as Reliance trusted partner; called me around 04.08.2023 and said that he has received my TV and conveyed to me about the requirement of changing of parts including LED card/display issues. He further added that my TV will be sent back in 2 days after repairing.

Till then I was unaware about this term Reliance Trusted Partner however when I receive no response from any of parties mentioned above, I had connected with Mr. Tushar on 08.08.2023 over telephone and further connected over watsapp too. He conveyed that TV parts have been repaired and he shared the pics of the parts replaced along with the working screen however the seems not being done by adopting procedures. I asked Mr. Tushar to share his identity card however he failed to share till 11.08.2023.

Sooner I smell about miscommunication and doubt over Reliance Trusted Partner, I had called Mr. Vinay and ask him the following:

1. Who is Mr. Tushar?
2. With whom permission, my product was sent to outside the service centre?
3. Who allowed Mr. Tushar, to take care my product, who is not even operating the Sony Authorized Service centre, at least the circumstances tells this?
4. What will be the integrity of the product now?

5. Why has Reliance digital said to Mr. Shushant(representative of Sony service center jp electronics Noida) to handed over, however initially after complaining Reliance digital representative has denied to open tv at my home and said we only give EMC rest will be taken care by Sony.

6. Why is Customer investing in EMC and Reliance digital is selling EMC. if you are preferring Local parties. as a customer we can also prefer from local without investing such huge amount.

It is evident from the above that a collusion formed between Mr. Sushant and deemed Reliance representative (Mr Tushar) who had willingly move my product outside the service centre and get it repaired outside.

I am requesting to reliance digital to investigate the above case in a fair manner and as early as possible since more than 17 days already elapsed. and Concern person should be punished and compensate the lose of Customer.
