Text of Complaint by Janet:

I ordered 2 zinger burger,2 hot and crispy chicken and french fries from KFC through Swiggy app on 09/08/2023. I received only 1 zinger burger so I contacted the customer support and complained about it and asked them for the missing item or refund for the same but they said they can’t do anything. They are very bad in resolving customer queries and last month also they delivered stale food from a restaurant and when I complained about it too they didn’t take any action against it. So kindly take action against Swiggy team as it’s their responsibility to solve the customers issue and they failed to do it. Money is only important for them. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction or their health,even if they deliver stale food and we eat it by mistake and die they don’t care about it. Such a worst response from them. Kindly sue their company.
