Big bazaar provided profit club membership card worth Rs 10000 and as per the scheme we can use 1000 rs for shopping from big bazaar outlet for 12 months. But after closing of big bazaar outlet, future group or big bazaar never proceeded for refund or settlement of our amount. At present 8000 rs liability is pending in card. I wrote several times since 1 year to big bazaar customer care mail id and tried to reach customer support number but all are deactivated now. This is clear case of fraud by big bazaar.
