I had ordered food from Swiggy which was unpleasant and stale. When raised a complaint they mailed an apology letter with coupon by Speed Post. Now when I try to use the coupon it stated it does not exist. I raised the concern with Swiggy team and they promised to look into that. Ticket number is 115550789. Now they are not responding to the complain. Pathetic set of people.
