on 24th September 2018 few fraud transactions were done by some fraud persons in their paytm account and mpesa account also. some fake person called my father shri ASHOK KUMAR sharma on 24sept 2018and told him that they are from rbi and fraud fully took my father OTP cvv and debit card number. 5number transactions were done in fraud person paytm wallet. for that I called paytm on same 24sept 2018 night. shri vishal ji and anoopji from paytm talked to me and they registered my complaint as paytm query number-87443971 dated 240sept 2018.they told me that they will refund amount asap. they ensured me to take action on fraud person paytm wallet who did fraud with my father. but paytm not called me back than I mailed them mail enclosed herewith. paytm has all details of fraud person. but they are not doing anything for my refund. kindly take action to refund amount back in my father’s canara bank account number.
