one of the person had called and claimed himsel to be the employee of magnum tech company.he said that he would give me some data to enter in the forms that is 700 forms to be filled up within 7 days.Then they took the sign and photo but didn’t show me the agreement and without my permission they had put that in that false agreement.the first day i started working,at night it got blocked and when i asked them to solve it ,they asked me to pay ,Rs 7000/- which will be refundable with the first salary.and then when i ignored that i can’t do the work aftr 7 days a fraud had called me from the number 8140021414,saying himself to be the lawyer of Rajkot and he said his name was adv.Vijay sharma. now he is asking me to pay Rs 19663/-amount so that i can close the case without any litigation.when they had offered me work they had clearly said me that in case i am not able to complete the work i have to pay Rs 4475/- and today that is 30/04/2019,they are asking me to pay Rs 19663/- .Please kindly look for this and shut down this company before any other gets trap into such scam speciall students like me.This kind of fraud don’t understand the value of money and keeps frauding from everyone.now i got a text showing legal case ID LG/AGR/BRO6/9631 for breach of contract with magnum technologies.and it is showing my case will be filed within two days.

hello this is jitendra singh i have also received a call from maghnum tech. he told me same thing and from 2 days account is blocked.
hiii…..i m also suffer fron same problem…what kind of action should i take

Yes they are fraud they also blocked and asked for money of rs 8000 for account reactivate

You just have to go your nearest police station and tell them everything…i also did that they told me this is a total fraud …we dont have to pay the money….

Al u need look at yor stamp paper that is fake. only one stamp paper (in which complanant name is changing but date no. And many stamps are not changing.
this is magic )used by magnum fraud tech company to all complanant. m also a comlainant

Don’t worry dear they are fraud.. Agar woh koi case karenge toh woh bhi fasange.. Just relax apne ghar mein bhi sab ko samjho.. They are totally fraud.. Aur apne padhai ko neglect mat karo

let’s handle it in quite a smart way, guys. my self Manoj and I are also a victim of this. first, let me tell u what happened with me. so, one day they called me and told me that we have to data entry in 7 days of 700 files each having reward money of 30 rupees. then after I did it and, after working on the 1st day, on the second day they called me and told me that u have done multiple logs in now u have to pay 6000 for unblocking your id but I refused to pay again after 2 days a lawyer called me and told me to pay 8000 rupees . then I told them that one person is telling 6000 another one is 8000 what is this? this thing makes me doubt them then after 15 days again I got a call stating that there is a case going on u from magnum technologies and sent me to notice in my email and now the notice is showing that u have to pay 37755 rupees. then I did what I went to the official website of Rajkot district court and search about my case status but after entering the case in which they have sent, I found that there is no case registered on my name. I tried several times but I didn’t find anything neither on my name nor from the case id and also not from the layer name namely MITUL.R.DESAI.
so, don’t worry guys. this is absolutely a fraud but ya also we need to do something to protect other people also. so what I am thinking that let’s get together on the WhatsApp group and solve this problem together. my whats app number is 9126274008. get in touch with me on this number and also let me know if anyone from u have received any hard copy from them or any other information fro them.
