I contacted colive through social media. They committed me a rent of 16000 +gst which includes food and room rent for private room. They took a 2000 advance and sent a video of saying your room is ready for check in as I was about to checkin one day only. When I was checking in they said that room is given to someone else as he checked in first. They sawed me another room but the conditions of all those rooms where not good. As I paid 2000 advance I was stucked they said it’s non refundable. Any how they offered me 50% off in security deposit for all this. As I had to leave only for 2-3 months so I was also ok that I have to pay only 9000 security instead of 18000.
Now when I received my next bill it is showing a outstand of 9000 and monthly rent as 17627 excluding GST. Sales person now is saying I can’t do anything I also shared her the screenshot on the messages received from her team.
