Text of Complaint by Kamlesh Bhagat:

I have ordered Samsung S3 Frontier watch amounting Rs. 1999/- (1+1) from the shopping website www.theuniquedials.com vide order no #40348. Delivery was received through Blue Dart Courier dt. 22/06/2020 from Shiv Trading, Plot No:98, MRKS, Rohini, New Delhi – 11085

Cash Amount of Rs. 1,999/- was paid to the delivery person.

On opening of courier, it was found that product that was received was completely different from the product order and also the quantity received was only 1 No instead of 2 Nos. I have order Samsung S3 Frontier but the watch received was of Titan brand (that to not original).

The website www.theuniquedials.com and Shiv Trading seems to be fraud website and company as the number provided on website does not works. I have tried to initiate for refund as per return policy but the helpline number provided does not work.

Also email has been sent at email id : – gabruthegr8+1@gmail.com regarding the wrong product delivered but no response has been received yet.

It is hereby request to please consider my complaint against the Trader as well as the Website : – www.theuniquedials.com and help us to get my refund of Rs. 1,999/-.
