Text of Complaint by Madhurjya Das:

Hi,Myself Madhurjya Das from Guwahati Assam. I had bought a dress for my daughter on 7th July 2021.From Amazon India. But due to the quality, I had decided to return it. And informed customer care. But on the day which i8s scheduled for return pickup, the delivery executive asks me about the price tag, which is not attached by Amazon with the product. And for which he is denied to take the return it. In this case, I had again informed customer care but they said that they had to remove the tag verification process and the delivery boy will pick it up by 2/3 days later. But on that day which was scheduled by customer care for the second time, the same thing had happened and it continues for 2nd time. But on 2nd time they had sent me a mail confirmation that if 3rd time the same thing will happen then they will process an advance refund against the product, but when I call them today they are totally denied that they will refund the amount after returning the product. I have attached all the mail and product details for your reference kindly check and do the needful.
