Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint against a fraudulent website named myhsrpbooking.com that is impersonating the official HSRP (High Security Registration Plate) portal.
On 2nd July 2026, I visited the website myhsrpbooking.com, which falsely claimed to offer online booking services for HSRP number plates. It asked for all the details of my vehicle, including:
Vehicle Registration Number
State
Chassis Number
Engine Number
After entering these details, the site asked me to make a payment of Rs. 1191 via UPI QR code, which I did. After payment I did receive order confirmation and order id. However, post that there is no number plate delivered. There is also no tracking available on the site. There is no customer care details available on site through which customer care can be reached.
It is now evident that myhsrpbooking.com is a fraudulent site designed to mislead people and getting money transferred to them illegally.
