Sir,
A week ago I’ve ordered MI band 3 (1+1) which is of Rs. 1798 on this website called www.ezeedeals.in . I received my order on 07/09/2019 and I made a payment of above amount as it was cash on delivery. As I opened my parcel I found M3 band smart watch in the place of MI band 3 upon which are defected pieces with dust on entire product, box etc.
Immediately I ran to EKART delivery services which made this delivery and informed them and their response was lame and also passed a statement that even ‘police can do nothing’ we delivered, you paid and opened package. That’s all we’re least bothered. In a while another customer who got cheated from this same site on a shirt order walked in and we shouted on them and they too. At last manager of this EKART(chinthalkunta, l.b.nagar) created a fake scene that he informed his superiors and even sent an email to them infront of us reporting the same and promised us that we will receive a call from this Site people and surely get a refund by 9pm on 07/09/2019. Haven’t received a call yet till now.
Hope you understand this issue which is apparently effecting many where we loose hard earned money being a citizen in this democratic country. Hope justice will act upon and atleast save people who might be cheated now on.
