I’ve ordered a product from https://indifashionsnow.com on 13th July 2020 and make payment via Google pay. Just an email was received for payment of my order from “no-reply@razorpay.com” and no other details order confirmation etc received via SMS/Email. After 5 days when I received no details from them so I contacted them at (+91)-800-3456-88 (It is given in there contact us page seems 9 number). Finally, I’ve got 2 mobile no. online Indifashionsnow customer care helpline when search in google (https://medium.com/@sadamkot6g/indifashionsnow-customer-care-helpline-number-8250236195-8391966157-9a8483d6f9dd) 8250236195~8391966157 I tried to call them 8250236195 and he told me that it is the customer care no. of indifashionsnow and your order has been cancelled because of some issues. When I ask them to refund my money then he provided me with a no. (9901771222) and I received SMS from +917061973873 with a message (MBSREG ThbxsIzqaIMF63OEtNHp98o3eDTE4VijbpRChU3ThoD25fsbB2A0Z0PZyOufPI8f wwuuI8wU63R4uNWIvonG9ql03ks8dQbwje6rOXUJUvwbM) and ask me to forward the same SMS on this no. 9901771222 and my money will be refunded.
They are fraud people and did a fraud transaction from my account. I have also filed a Police complain against them and reported the same to RBI as well with all the documents.
