This message was sent to my mother’s phone. A non-smartphone! What are we supposed to do? Go to the site and do something there on that phone? Do tell me how to do that on a non-smartphone which doesnt have internet facilities. How can someone uninstall an app they have never heard of, let aloan downloaded! Why is Vi so money hungry now that they have decided to deduct money from their customers who trusted them?
I hope this issue gets solved soon and that it never happens again. This is just too low. No company has any right to just deduct money as they please without the customer’s permission.
