I ordered a shapewear on meesho which had to be delivered on 16th April 2024, due to some reasons I couldn’t pickup this Valmo delivery boy’s call, when I got free I checked the order status is marked ‘delivered’, even when no OTP was shared, I called the delivery boy he said he will deliver it the next day but he never came. I raised a complaint about it but, as expected, Meesho customer support said they can’t help cause it was an OTP based delivery and it can’t be marked as ‘delivered’ unless the OTP is shared. The delivery boy has also blocked me. Pathetic service of Meesho and Valmo.
