I’m using SBI credit card. Generally whenever I go for transections I’m receiving otp on my mobile number and email id. But on the date of 20th February, 26th February, 2nd March and 5th March, transections were done but I didn’t receive any otp or notification. And all the transactions were done through Paytm. I have complained in SBI also but they are telling I have received otp but actually I didn’t receive.
So I asked bank to provide, proof that I have received otp but they are denied to give.
2nd I asked bank to give details of Paytm transections but that also they are not providing. Even if they give me Paytm transections details like Paytm registered mobile number and account details, so atleast I can catch that person whoever done this.
So sir please help me out for this from SBI credit card department and Paytm side. I have complained in Paytm also for same but as usual no response. Total 25000 fraud transection done from my card.
