Hi, there is a fraud transaction happened thru my paytm on 05-Apr-2020 at 19:33 bearing order no – 10689563549 for Google play recharge code. I am not aware about this and even I don’t use Google play as i am Iphone user. I have available balance in my PAYTM of Rs. 2449.59/- and the transaction was happened for 2449/-.
I have tried to connect PAYTM thru call but no one is answering. i have registered a complaint to PAYTM thru the link provided against the transaction. i am enclosing the snapshot.
Please help me with the refund.
