Hello;
I “Ramdas R Mahure” holding saving Bank account with Punjab National Bank.
On 27-02-2018 updated my pass book and i came to know that on 24-02-2018 four transaction of Rs.5000 means total amount 20,000 is debited from my account.
All the transactions are unauthorised and passbooks showes its used on “ECOM PAYTM”.
For any of the transaction have not received any notification by SMS from bank.
Already initiated complaint to PNB customer care and Paytm customer care also done FIR.
Even i don’t have netbanking or sms banking still facing such issue.
