Text of Complaint by Ramakant Maurya:

Airtel now has stopped providing free incoming and outgoing call , even if customer is having 5 rs in his balance. Airtel forcing customer to recharge the smart pack monthly to continue their services.
Same happened to me.
These days mobile number is connected to Adhar and other goverment account , very difficult to change number even if we came across this fraud.
Lets teach some lesson to this type companies ,which r forcing people to recharge for incoming as well.
