Their website is factoryoutlet.biz..and instagram handle is..wholesale_jewels..I ordered 6 items of rupees 664 on September 12,2019,i made payment on same day through paytm and still now i did not received my product. i texted them through whatsapp ,no response and they didn’t attending call and I messaged through instagram and watsapp but no response .They respond once and said u will get ur parcel within 3 – 5 days,but i dont think they dispatched any product.. ,i asked tracking id and requested lot to send my order or atleast refund my amount but no response from them ,They cheated me and they are not ready to refund my amount .Please take action on this complaint as soon as possible…Came to cosumer forum..found few more complaints against the same…Should tke some action..otherwise this type of account handler will keep on misusing social platform to mke easy money by indulging in fraud…

Yes .. it is a fraud page in the Instagram.. they have cheated many ppl . I have ordered many products I haven’t got my orders and no refund .. they have disable the comment section .. no responses from them .. they are fooling ppl in social media .. sever action needs to be taken against them
