I order a set earphones of cost rs 1699 and they have sent product of headphones with low cost and they have not given correct product to us and there is serious complaint raised and they don’t respond to the any phone calls and email i have to them in the past days and they have returning options in the website it all knowing they have no contact in the website. I have a address of their in the website

But they don’t respond the calls and the emails yet all.
