Dear Zomato Team,
I have received a cash order of Rs.700 from zomato yesterday on 10.04.23 L.P. S. School lalpur rudrapur which was from sonia hotel rudrapur whose delivery time was showing 26 minutes but our order didn’t reach even in 1 hour so we checked the status it showed order delivered, after that we called then delivery The boy did not pick up the call, after that we called again and again, he later picked up the call and replied that I called, you did not pick up, while we did not receive a single call on our phone, after that we requested him, he answered that I am going to give another delivery, we called again then he replied that I am on cycle so can’t come so far, he said you come to Awas Vikas Rudrapur, after that he called come Sidkul which is 12 km away , Like this he kept roaming and harassing for 5 hours, we asked him to deliver at our delivery point then he behaved rude and disrespectful, thus kept us waiting whole night and did not deliver our order, thus public Harassment, not giving order after taking money is like cheating, theft and online looting, so it is my humble request to zomato team that such delivery boy and person of such behavior should be expelled from the service immediately, and the incident happened with me Its payment should be made as soon as possible, take immediate cognizance of this incident, otherwise it will cause huge loss to your business and business and soon Zomato will decline, if the fraud with me is not resolved then we will support social consciousness on Facebook, Twitter Will boycott Zomato through other means.
