I have to inform you sir that Fraud and scam by Snapdeal was made. I has ordered a camera (CANON IXUS265 HS 16 MP) and when Parcel was received by me i saw only some mud and stones are there in packet. That delivery was made by Delhivery. I has tried too many time to talk to snapdeal customer care but answers was unexpected. They told me to submit snapshot of parcel which was received by me and undertaking (empty/item not received), i has sent it already but no any action was taken by snapdeal. It was totally fraud. I has not received any item only muds and stone was found.

Now i know Snapdeal will clear his side by saying that snapdeal have a big number of customer so this problem was made but actually snapdeal delivering same fraud to all customers.

Too many peoples has already claimed same fraud. And of item will exchange then i have to received some usefull object or gadget in place of my order not only mud…
Mud and stone is now commen fraud.

Request acknowledge and take nessecery action on Snapdeal.
