I booked a suite room through Oyo of rupees 873, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was given a deluxe room. This is fraud against the customer. Even after talking to Oyo customer care, they are not ready to provide a refund. Oyo is totally fraud. I am totally harassed and irritated. I want my refund as soon as possible.
