i have to purchase a product (laptop) as in diwali offers i think right time to purchase, but i have a worst experience of shopping on paytm, As per promotion laptop10 offer i have put that promo code and tried to order my laptop it was failed 3 times with the promotions code on and on 3rd time that promo code was stuck as the status of the order was also stuck on payment pending (the code is 1 time 1 user) as per deadline it will change within 24 hours but after 35+ hours still the same not changed so i call support for this (also call soo many time for the previos tries) they tell me to wait for 1-2 hours more or if its remain same i will order the product without promotion code later the item dispatched they will give me cashback and all the advantages of promotion, i have to recall them regarding this they will give me all the benifits and after order do the same but when i call them after 24+ hours item shipped they just waste time on concern and trying divert me from diffrent diffrent opinion and resolution like they neft cashback to my bank account but according to there policy cashback will credit only in paytm wallet …. so i ask them about cancel the order so they tell me it will take 14 days to revert the payment, now i am in situation and i cancelled that order its such a fake and wasting my time and money ….. all the diwali offer was gone at that time my money back to me and i have no advantage of purchasing it, my money was also stucked so i am have no choice and nowhere to go and purchase my laptop on diwali offers please help me out
