Text of Complaint by Saksho:

I have changed my network from vodafone to airtel 1 month back. Initially i wanted a prepaid connection. But they did bot provided me and told me that the only plan i could have is 499 platinum plan and fooled me with free subscriptions of amazon prime and netflix.

its been more than 1 month i have not been provided with the complementary benefit. I have been following and compalining the customer care and eveytime they say that the issue will be resolved in 48 hr but its not at all happening.
so its a mere case of fraud and fooling the customer. They simply say the issue will take time.

whenever i have followed up they say the issue is resolved. So in short they raise the complaint but closes them without resolution.
