Product Name : Amazfit GTR 42 Smart Watch.
Product Cancel & Return ID No. 12201683942968207250. Dated 20/10/2019
And 24/10/2019.
I, Kumkum Roy want to say something on behalf of my brother Gautam Roy because my brother is suffering from mental illness since last March, 2022 and is currently under treatment! And the only cause of this sickness is the inhuman torture of your official team members and Bajaj Finance Company, where the situation is now under the Bajaj Legal department !
My brother mistakenly ordered a smart watch from your company through Bajaj EMI card in October 2019.
But after the delivery of the watch, due to the lack of proper accessories (watch charger and manual book) in the watch box, he called your customer care officer and told the problem of the watch and requested to return the watch.
A pick-up letter is also sent from your department to cancel the order of the watch and return the watch.
After the pick up master came to pick up the above watch while doing the product checking (charger and manual book) the watch was not in the product box and was unable to pick up the watch because despite my brother’s product missing complaint “in the terms and conditions of the pick up letter that was sent”. It was written that no product can be picked up without accessories”!
The pick-up master refused to take the watch. This is why the pick-up master told the same thing in his report! On that day, my brother called Flipkart customer care in front of the pick up master and told about the problem, and despite the assurance of sending a revised pick up letter from customer care, your department sent 2 e-mails. Even if the same type of pick up letter was sent again by mail, the product was not picked up intentionally!
Even after informing the Bajaj company of all the incidents, the same pressure is being created for the money of the watch!
My brother has not received any response from your department even after repeatedly informing your department about this problem for the past 2 years.
Due to 2020 lockdown my brother’s company (Nagpur) stopped business in Kolkata and became jobless! In September 2021, we had a chest problem. After that Bajaj company has lost mental strength by asking more and more as a result of mental torture!
Hopefully, judging by the current situation, you will not disappoint us and order the product to be picked up. Because if we have to face the law, then your official team must tell the reason for such fraud!
Sir, we may be poor but not cheating. I have submitted all the documents to you with much hope and expectation only for fair trial and healthy life of all our family members!
I already lodging the above complaint to your Twitter Customer Support, but I am not received any positive result from their ends.
When one Lady name was RIDHIMA TRIPATHI (+918067987700) from her mobile at 11:48 AM (She will be traced in future) call back to my brother Phone and said that Flipkart can’t be processing the Product Return against their issued 2 Fraud Product Return Pickup Letter’s dated 20/10/2019 & 24/10/2019 !
My brother requested her for the writing statement what she was saying. But, She could not give a good answer to that! But she wanted feedback from my brother!
But why not? If Bajaj company can make money demands and fear of law for this product after 3 years, then why are you not give us the written statement.
You can never deny that your department issued the 2 fraud pick-up letters! Your non-cooperation and the unethical mental torture of Bajaj Company’s mercenary agency My brother is a victim of mental illness!
