i used paytm to perform my railways ticket, amount deducted and its being 10 days money not getting refunded,

Below was the sms i received

Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.473.98 on Paytm against Order ID 100001224273190. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.

what to do unable, somehow i tried to download paytm now unable to login it. this is so much pathetic service.
