I used IRCTC app to book a ticket.There were option of Paytm payment gateway for payment on app.I made a payment using my bank debit card.The amount deducted from my account immediately after payment.Bank confirm the payment.But ticket was not booked any balance was deducted from my account.I tried to get help of customer service of paytm.But I didn’t get any help.
