Date of incident- 09/12/2023
I took a ride with the ola cabs and driver was impolite and was driving rashly without seatbelt and was continuously talking on his mobile while driving.
Later, when we arrived at our destination he asked for extra toll tax and state tax, despite of being shown the total bill of 1632. When we denied the extra charges he kept shouting on the streets infront of the whole society and kept harrasing my family. After being harrassed by the driver on the road and his repeated threats, I had to pay him from my own pocket.
It has really disturbed my mental peace.
