According to Simpl Pay someone used Simpl Pay on Zomato on Nov 19 using my phone no. which I am not aware of without any OTP or consent. Now Simpl is asking for some Rs 2043.95/- for the services which I never used. Please look into this. Also see the attached screenshot of payment demanded by simpl.
