My registered mobile no with meesho is 9654906983 on the name of Chanchal Bansal. I have ordered a Brado Jewellery Gold Plated American Diamond 18 Inch casual wear Mangalsutra on 2nd February, 2023 of price 125 Rs. According to app, it was delivered on 7th February, 2023. But it is not actually delivered to me. Where is the product? I did not received any OTP for this .
Its been almost 20 days since now and the product is not delivered nor my amount is refunded.
I have already waited for almost 20 days and not in a position to wait more . It is enough testing of my patience .
I have told the same to meesho customer executive and he told me that by 10 Feb you will receive your money. But till now no action is taken.
Most of the time, customer care executives disconnects the call or provide one answer, that please wait for 4-5 business days.I request you to take a action againts meesho and kindly ask meesho to return my amount without any further delay . Hope to have a quicker resolution . Thanks
