I ordered a meal on zomato and order accepted by zomato I was waiting for my order approx 20 minutes at night around 3 am and after couple of minutes I got call from delivery boy and he said the restaurant was closed and he stand in front of restraunt door and am tooo hungry I contact customer support and they said that your food was preparing so I talk again with food delivery partner you pick my order they was preparing my order and when I feel again it s too late I contact again to customer service and they said again your order was preparing and at this time my hunger was too high I feel like am going to die cuz of hunger I decided to cancel my order but customer service said your food was preparing don’t cancel it waste of food and then after I decided to complaint on them I got a call from zomato after half and hour she said I cancel your order the restaurant was closed I say this is not fair I wait too long and she replies very rudely do whatever you want thannkyou I want justice
