This is regarding Flipkart order id OD116304312774718000 on 19 aug to purchase mobile Redmi
Note 7S , sold by Shereyash Retails Pvt. Ltd.
I had ordered mobile and tempered glass and had paid in advance Rs 179/- + Rs 11999/- .
On 20 Aug 2019 – packet delivered but mobile was missing in the delivered packet.
I called courier guy (e kart) and informed but he said he delivered what he received from seller. I
had informed flipkart and they raise ticket and said will get back on 23 Aug.
In subsequent calls to flipkart customer service, support email id, everytime they shared no
updates rather just – concern team is working.
On Thu, 22 Aug 201 – email From: “Customer Support” <cs@flipkart.com> – asked for my consent to log FIR and promised to
respond in next 10 business day. But again no response.
On 24 Aug 2019 – Mangesh Sasane mangesh.s@flipkart.com called me and asked for pics of deleverd packet, I had
shared all details. I followed him many days, and everytime he replied as “Thanks for the mail. This case is under
investigation, will keep you posted.” And “Revert from the concern team is still awaited.”
Till Fri, 30 Aug 2019 – he didn’t responded back.

You guys just playing around complaints. Closing complaints without resolution.

10 Every time diverting to case but no result.
11Account got blocked with improper invalid reason 12 Mental pressure since 19 aug of loosing money, 13 100+ times follow-up with Flipkart on phone email Facebook linkedin….
14. Closed rejected refund request without completing refund.15. Poor no response shared false information promises so I commented on social media but you shown prompt response and closed my refund request
