I received a message from Snapdeal regarding winning a prize. I also got a phone call who posed himself as an official of Snapdeal and misguided me.
According to the message I have own a Tata Next of Rs690000 and I have to pay Rs 6900 to get the prize. He send me the account no 34210854065,IFSC codeSBIN00014534 acc holder MrSandhya Sarkar.
The person send the id details of himself as Nitin Singh PAN no GMWPS8652G. It’s only after depositing the amount I realised that I had made a mistake.
The role of Snapdeal in this fraud is significant. I have transaction with Snapdeal only once and faced this problem.
Snapdeal is leaking the details of customers and different helpline nos mentioned in its links are also misleading.
- Kindly help me to get back my money and save many more customers from such frauds.
