Dear Sir/Mam,
I have received a call from Vodafone customer support, Chandigarh Team but I could not get any positive response from the. I have explained them the whole situation that I have been charged international roaming charges(Rs500/day) on my visit to Singapore. I have told them them this charges have been added in my bill without the customer knowing that I am being charged at these rates.
Vodafone has charged me international roaming charges without any intimation to me and know they are saying they intimated me but they don’t have a proof for intimation.
After receiving a call from Vodafone customer support team on 09/03/2019, they told me that they are accelerating the issue to senior level and I will be receiving a call from their senior management but as of now I have not received any call yet.
14 the march 2019 is the last date for bill payment for me, beyond which vodafobe idea will give me mre pain by charging late fee fine on such a big amount.
I request vodafone team to please come up with a positive solution berfore 14th mar 2019 so that I can pay my final adjusted bill.
