Sir,
I saw an ad of selling Vivo y12phone at the price of Rs 4500 on Olx under the name Dharam singh, who claim himself as an army . We finally agreed at the price of rs 3500 . Then he said he will send the the phone through the army courier service and told me to pay Rs 550 first and rest after I receive the parcel. So I made the payment since he is in the army as I thought. But after some hours the delivery guy called me and say if I am in the army or not. I said no. Then he told me that I have to pay rs 1550 as a penalty for being non army recieving the parcel. Then I made the call to the seller Dharam Singh and he claimed the same reason to pay the penalty and to adjust the money of penalty on the price of the phone later after receiving the parcel. Then I made the payment. After that the delivery guy again told me to pay 1500 and rs 50 separately. This time i refused because the money I have sent goes to same account which make senseless to pay separately. Then they send me Identity Card of being in the army. This time I looked up in the internet and found the complaint of same Dharam singh duping people through old ad.
Please punishm those responsible and refund my money
