Hello,
My PayTM account number is 9819296611.
I have received FastTag bar code 0040074679 on 14 Dec 19. But in my PayTM account 0040074678 was linked. I found that due to this incorrect barcode, my PayTM account was debited without my consent on 23 Dec 19 and 25 Dec 19 of worth total Rs 400.
Also I have logged complaint in 24X7 portal complaint number : 151008612, 151004348, 151491107 and 103308461 but no action taken by PayTM.
More than 1 week over and found no action taken by PayTM. Everyday I am calling to FastTag PayTM customer care and I am getting only answer that “Our backend team is working on it and will get back to you”
Now, 1. I cant use my current 79 tag as its not linked to my Paytm account. 2.No information about Fraud happened to my account and how to get money back. 3. My Paytm account is used by other person having 78 barcode without my permission.and PayTM don’t know how to make correction.

Be careful abut this site as this site is closely observed by hackers. Yesterday after adding this complaint immediacy after 10 mins, I have received called from number 062897 32025 Name Amit Kumar.He mentioned that he is from PayTM and will send refund money to my PayTM account. He asked to install QS software(Also called team viewer) to get access to my mobile and my PayTM account. When I said you seems to be Fraud person and not Paytm person he used abuse words and given threat that, I will clear bank balance.
so be careful posting any information on this site.
