I had purchased the International Roaming Pack for Rs.2499. During my travel, I had called the customer service number to find out how much of the data was used. The person told me that it was not possible for them to tell me how much of the data was used up. She told me that this cannot be checked online or on the app. But she assured me that I would get an SMS when 80% of the quota was used up and obviously also when all of the data from the quota would be used up. I had made a similar call later in the month.
I did not receive any of these SMSs and there was no way for me to know how much of the data was used up. Today I receive my bill and it amounts to Rs 11773!! (All the excess charge on data).
I was assured twice that I would receive an SMS when 80% of the data was used up. I did not receive any.
The actual bill amount should have been Rs 3418( 399 + 2499 + 18% GST of 520 on the same).
I wrote two emails to the customer care team. Unfortunately have not received any response from them and same even when I tried to call them. They just say it is the right amount and disconnect the call. Very very poor service! Terrible
