Respected Sir,
My name is Adimulam S Preethi and I want to complaint against work Solution. I was contacted from work Solution by a man asking if i want to do a form filling job. I also said him yes, the job was to complete 800 forms in 7days. Firstly they taken the my signature, photo,gmail, id proof and adress.He said If it is 90% accuracy, then they will make pay me RS.24000 and will deduct Rs.5100 from it as there fees.But if not completed, i have to pay them Rs.5100 as penalty. I have start the work on 13th Sept 2022. In 7 days I got mobile problem for 2 day. Mobile got discharge and couldn’t start. I have 2 small children. 7 days not sufficient to do this job. I couldn’t complete my job. They not gave the time to read terms and conditions. After submitting form they give terms and condition form to read. It’s really scam and fool to people.
Today 21st Sept. 2022 11:47 am I got a mail from Advocate Adithya Nayak, Advocate Associates chandrapur cibil court, 261/c,Near Morarji Circle, Arogya nagar, chandrapur Gujarat-363621.This is the Advocate details.This Advocate sent a mail to me.After he calls me ,he said that if i doesn’t pay the penalty ,he said that he will take legal actions against me.I am afraid of that, i have to pay Rs.8350 including penalty and legal charges. I am totally depressed ,i don’t have such amount ,i ask to him.
Please ,it is my humble request to look into matter with this huge scam which they are playing with innocent people have no jobs.Please take remedial actions against these fraudulent activities. Thanks and regards. They said if the file claims in court you won’t have future any govt job private job or passport visa anything you won’t receive. For all this you are responsible to ruin your career. Please kindly look into to this complaint and take necessary action to not loose the life of me and so many .
