Dear consumercomplaintscourt,
I play Google home mini game whose organised by Google .I won Flipkart voucher to purchase “Google home mini whose price value is 4999” but when I play the google home mini contest I won a coupon code who’s redirect to my Flipkart account and 4500 deducted on original price value and after deducting the 4500 “Google home mini worth 499”.but seller get fraud and decreased one rupee on product after that coupon not completely works and deducted 3500 only.
This festival is ended on 25th of February 2021.sir currently I faced fraud facing by seller side whose name is Retailnet.because of Google policies my coupon is only valid for 4999 but seller is decreased product price 4998 because they didn’t want to purchase due to decrement of only one rupees that coupon code not completely applicable.the product is only applicable only on 4999 .I talked your Flipkart support team even I talked several times backend team but there is no resolution on my problem . seller is fraud and no one take this problem seriously.please take seriously action against seller whose name was “retailnet”.I want my Google home mini in 499. Please pay attention regarding this problem.
